Relish in the comfort of knowing we have you and your birthing partner's best interests at heart, as we offer you a 45 minute consultation free of charge to candidly discuss your expected outcomes for labor, birth and postpartum needs. Supporting... prenatal care, labor, childbirth, birthing partners, wellness, positive experiences, natural holistic care, postpartum, c-section recovery, placenta encapsulation, and anything in between.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Disclaimer An initial consultation is required with all packages and service inquiries. BOOKING & PAYMENT PROCESS - All DOULA services: Step 1: Schedule a consultation. Step 2: Sign the corresponding Agreement Form(s) for the services you desire. These are sent to your email after your consultation. It will be titled "Nurse Gert Doula Support Intake Forms". Step 3: Await an invoice and prepare to submit a 25% non-refundable deposit of the total amount for services. This email will come from Square and can be submitted through that email. Payments Accepted: Debit/Credit Cards, Apple/Google Pay, Zelle. No PayPal or Direct CashApp Payments. Payment plans are available and vary on an individual basis. However, if you are 37 weeks or more, full amount of service fee will be due at the time of booking. An invoice will be created after filling out the contract and initial consultation. Payments are only accepted via Square Invoicing. Further details can be discussed at initial consultation. If a consultation has already taken place, the email titled 'Intake Form' will contain the contract required to sign to begin the process of working with Nurse Gert! Please allow me until 8 p.m. same day, to send your intake form. Currently, Nurse Gert Doula Support does not accept insurance as a form of payment. As a courtesy, it is requested that after each consultation a decision to book or not, be given to Nurse Gert Doula Support within 2-3 weeks of meeting so we can better serve other clients. Before session dates are confirmed, Nurse Gert will reach out to confirm availability for that time and date. Once contact is made & availability has been confirmed, session date is locked in unless contacted otherwise.
