What We Offer: Continuous Support: We're with you from early labor through postpartum, providing continuous emotional and physical support. Pain Management Techniques: Learn various non-medical pain management techniques, such as breathing exercises, massage, and positioning. Informed Decision-Making: We'll help you make informed choices about your birth plan, ensuring you feel empowered and in control. Postpartum Care: Receive support and guidance during the postpartum period, including breastfeeding assistance and emotional support. Our goal is to create a calming and nurturing environment where you can focus on bringing your baby into the world. Cancellation Policy

Service Description Infant respite care provides short-term, non-medical care for newborns, giving parents or primary caregivers time to rest, recover, or tend to other responsibilities. Services are offered by a certified postpartum doula and tailored to meet individual family needs in a safe and supportive environment. Scope of Services Care for infants, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and sleep support. Assistance with establishing feeding routines (breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, or combination). Light household tasks related to infant care (e.g., bottle cleaning, baby laundry). Emotional support and practical advice for parents during the postpartum period. Services provided in the client’s home, ensuring the infant stays in their familiar environment. Disclaimer This is a non-medical service. The doula does not provide medical care, diagnose conditions, or administer medications. Parents are responsible for sharing any relevant medical or developmental concerns. Client Responsibilities Provide detailed instructions for infant care, including feeding preferences, allergies, or special needs. Supply necessary items, such as diapers, formula, bottles, or breast milk. Maintain open communication about any changes in routines or expectations. Payment Policy The cost of services will be outlined during the initial consultation. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at booking to secure services, applied to the total fee. The balance must be paid in full before services commence unless a payment plan is agreed upon. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be submitted in writing. If canceled at least 48 hours before a scheduled session, the client may reschedule without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of 50% of the session cost, except in emergencies. If the doula must cancel, efforts will be made to reschedule or provide a qualified substitute. Confidentiality All client information is kept confidential and shared only with express consent or as required by law. Safety and Liability Infant care is provided according to the client’s instructions and industry best practices. The doula is not liable for incidents arising from inaccurate client instructions or pre-existing conditions.
